We can provide informed advice on the status of the Global Oil Market and how predicted changes may affect our customers’ requirements and commercial outcomes. We have had significant success in sourcing supplies of both Palm and Coconut oils that have low 3-MCPD levels prior to processing. Peerless Foods is already utilising low 3-MCPD Palm oils in some of our Infant Formula blends achieving promising results.
