Spring Water Canned tuna, drained
Chopped capers
Chopped flat-leaf parsley
Chopped walnuts
Low-fat mayonnaise made with healthier oil
Rocket
Sliced tomatoes
METHOD:
Place tuna, capers, parsley, walnuts and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix together. Season with cracked pepper.
