INGREDIENTS:
Turkish bread, cut in half crossways
Tablelands Dairy Free Buttery Spread or Tablelands Reduce Cholesterol Spread
Reduced Fat Sliced cheese
Baby spinach
Roasted red capsicum
Skinless, trimmed BBQ chicken
METHOD:
Spread Tablelands Dairy Free Buttery Spread or Tablelands Reduce Cholesterol Spread onto the tops of Turkish bread, toast under the grill. Lay cheese onto opposite side of the bread and grill until melted. Top with Spinach, capsicum and BBQ chicken.
